Now that we're all on the same page, everyone understands why people like me sometimes dread or avoid travel, even if its somewhere we really want to go. I think the less talked about side of motion sickness is how it affects your traveling partners. Sure, everyone feels bad that you're sick, but for me, I would always feel worse for my traveling companions, namely, my husband. Poor guy, he's so kind and always puts up with my requests to pull over for a few minutes to get out and walk, or my need to roll down the windows (yes, plural) when we're traveling at 70 mph, and always lets me have the window seat on plane trips.
Sometimes I start this combo a few days before my trip to kind of get myself ready for travel. At the very least, I apply before leaving home on the day of travel and carry these oils with me on my trip. I've included Valor and Peace & Calming in my recipe. These oils really help me deal with the anxiety of travel, which for me, contributes to the intensity of motion sickness. I hope this is helpful to you and your family.
